Reliance Entertainment purchases the rights of Nepali

Reliance Entertainment, an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group purchased the theatrical rights of Bharath- Meera Jasmine action entertainer Nepali for NSC and Madurai area for an amount of Rs. 1.40 Crore for NSC and 90 lakhs for Madurai releasing on April 10 for Tamil New Year. ‘Nepali’ is directed by V.Z. Durai of ‘Mugavari’ fame.

Bharath, who is doing three roles–a young man, a prisoner and a Nepali–says all the three characters are different. Meera Jasmine, heroine of the film, performed her role really well, along with actor Sangeetha. Govind Namdev from Mumbai is doing an important role in the film. Five songs have been tuned by Srikanth Deva. The dialogues have been penned by Pattukottai Prabhakar, the camera is handled by Mathi and the story, screenplay and direction are by Durai.
