Right in the recent times, Bollywood has turned its attention towards Tamil flicks. The reason is: A.R. Rahman’s successful victory at Oscars and as well Resul Pookutty from South India. More than all, the continuous success of Hindi remakes from Kollywood: Ghajini, Yaavarum Nalam and so on. Now, one more film to go through the same stream is none other than Jeyam Ravi’s ‘Peraanmai’. The film is directed by SP Jananathan starring ‘Jeyam’ Ravi and 5 heroines in lead role.
Heeding to the script of this film, producers of Bollywood were keen on remaking it in Hindi. Possibly, with the film’s shooting not yet completed, the filmmaker refused to be take up the offer. With no options left, film distributors over there have planned to dub the film in Hindi simultaneously on the Tamil version’s date of release.
