Kollywood’s ace director K S Ravikumar is busy with first Hindi movie, ‘Policegiri’ starring Sanjay Dutt. ‘Policegiri’ is a remake of Tamil film ‘Saamy’ and he says that his next in Bollywood would again be a remake, but of his own film. The question everyone would want to know is, which of his super hit films is he going to remake.
He has directed numerous films ranging from comedy and drama to action thrillers. The ace director has given a number of hit film in Tamil such as Padayappa, Panchathantiram and Villain among many while his last film was Kamal Haasan starrer Manmadhan Ambu.
“After ‘Policegiri’, my next film would be a remake of my own film. I am not allowed to reveal much about my next film, but all I can say is it will be a remake of my own film,” said K S Ravikumar.
He is right now in talks with few A list actors for the next Bollywood movie. “I an planning to cast some established actor for this film. I was planning to make my Bollywood debut long back but nothing worked out. Now things are falling into place,” he said.
‘Policegiri’ also features Prachi Desai in the female lead and it is schedule for a July 5 release.
