Himesh Reshamiya made high waves in Kollywood with scoring music for Kamal Haasan’s magnum opus ‘Dasavatharam’. Indeed, it was falling in love at first time for the music lovers who were transfixed with his musical score. Of course, the Modern Day Mozart A.R. Rahman is busy now tuning melodies for the biggies in tinsel town. Mani Rathnam’s bilingual project ‘Ashokavanam’ and ‘Raavana’, Kamal Haasan’s ‘Thalaivan Irukiran’ and international project ’19 Steps’, Shankar’s directorial ‘Endhiran’. In one amongst the projects, A.R. Rahman had dreamt about roping Himesh for rendering his voice. Recently, in a press meet in Mumbai, Rahman had said that he has an idea about offering Himesh to sing a song in one of his biggest projects. Since shooting for the song is slated to be held by next year, Rahman informed it was too early to speak about this.
Nevertheless, Himesh Reshamiya responded to the occasion that it was a dream working with Rahman. But, he wouldn’t accept singing for another performer on the screen and maybe he would feel more elated if Rahman scores music for any of his projects where he performs lead role.
